Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are on a paid plan, access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and plan type. In general, monthly plans are non-refundable. For annual plans, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase, subject to review and approval.

3. Services & Custom Development

For custom development services (website, app development, AI automation, integrations), refunds depend on project scope, work completed and signed agreements. If any work has started, refunds may be partial or not applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nizalix.com with your account email, product name, payment details and reason for the request. We usually respond within 5 business days.
